The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Will Ridge Be a Runaway Groom – Bail on Brooke Wedding?
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could get cold feet when the time comes to tie the knot again. Since Ridge asked Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to be his Logan forever, that was essentially a marriage proposal.
Of course, Ridge will likely give Brooke a more formal one sooner or later, but he clearly plans on being with Brooke for the rest of his life.
Ridge got a reminder of his destiny with Brooke when he looked through the Aventine keyhole in Rome, but should he really be using something like that to decide his future?
What about the time a pinecone fell on Ridge’s head and made him believe Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) was his destiny instead?
B&B has made a mockery of fate, so Ridge honestly has no reason to trust any “sign” – whether it be a cannon going off or something falling from a tree.
At some point, Ridge might understand that and grow nervous about this forever commitment he’s making to Brooke.
Taylor warned Ridge that Brooke would betray him again and manipulate him into forgiving her.
Will Ridge ultimately fear that Taylor is right about the cycle he’s stuck in? Could Ridge deal with some fears ahead of his wedding to Brooke and decide to bail on his bride?
Ridge might become a runaway groom and leave Brooke standing at the altar – at least for a while.
If Ridge is going to get past his concerns and build a future with Brooke, he really needs to stop relying on destiny and just choose a life with the woman he loves most.
If that woman is Brooke, then Ridge needs to stay loyal and put in the effort to make this work.
Ridge and Brooke will probably end up remarrying in the end, but there could be some moments of doubt that lead to drama beforehand!
