Of course, Sheila has escaped death before, so it’s tough to believe she would go out in such an anticlimactic way like this.
Why would Sheila barely even fight back when she just got through holding her own in a massive brawl with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)? Something just isn’t adding up here!
It just feels like another chance for Sheila to pull off the ultimate deception and come roaring back like she always does.

If Sheila was meeting her old frenemy Sugar, who looked identical to her due to plastic surgery, then maybe that could explain the confusion if she’s the one who got stabbed instead.
Bottom line, there are good reasons to think Sheila didn’t perish like the show would have you believe.
