The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Wednesday, March 6 – Liam’s Husband Takeover, Warns Finn About Man Steffy Needs

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 6, reveals that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) pushed John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to be grateful Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was alive and get over his sympathetic feelings for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) before he alienated his wife.

It was complicated for Finn since Steffy took out the woman who gave birth to him, but Li insisted Steffy was defending herself and didn’t go looking for trouble.

Finn said something about being apart from his wife, so Li flipped out over the news that he slept in his office.

Li insisted that Finn needed to get his head on straight before he caused permanent damage to his marriage, so she gave him something to think about.

At the cliff house, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) ranted about Finn walking out on Steffy for defending herself against Sheila’s attack.

Steffy was Finn’s wife for better or worse, so Liam couldn’t understand why he wasn’t home with her now.

After Steffy said she was trying to put herself in Finn’s shoes, she insisted they could survive this like all their other challenges.

Liam still felt Finn had an obligation to his family, but he made it clear that Steffy, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) could always count on him.

Meanwhile, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) poured himself a drink at home and thought back to visiting Sheila in the morgue.

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) arrived to see how Deacon was holding up, so he talked about saying goodbye to Sheila and seeing her face one more time.

Deacon knew Hope probably thought he was nuts for caring about Sheila when she’d hurt so many people, but Hope wanted to be there for her dad.

After Deacon realized Hope and the kids were the only people he had left, he acknowledged that Hope probably didn’t want to talk about Sheila.

Hope admitted it wasn’t easy when she felt like Deacon was choosing Sheila over his family.

Deacon doubted anyone would mourn Sheila besides him, but Hope pointed out that Finn cared about Sheila and was upset.

Once Deacon said he didn’t know how deep Finn’s feelings ran, he reflected on the sad irony of Sheila’s situation.

All Sheila wanted was to be loved and accepted, but now she wasn’t there to see that Finn really did love her.

At Forrester Creations on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Hope was surprised to see Steffy at the office.

After Hope reflected on how hard it must’ve been for Steffy to kill someone, she admitted she didn’t think she could do something like that.

Steffy was offended and argued that anyone would’ve done exactly the same thing in her situation. Once Hope brought up her conversation with Deacon, Steffy rolled her eyes and sighed.

Hope just wanted Steffy to give Finn some time to grieve and process everything since he was a good man.

Finn wouldn’t exist without Sheila, so Hope urged Steffy to be careful and not let Sheila’s demise interfere with her marriage.

Steffy stood there looking rather irate, so she clearly didn’t appreciate the advice.

Back in Finn’s office, Liam called him “John” as he barged in.

Although Finn wasn’t in the mood to talk, Liam insisted on sticking around and giving Finn a hard time about his treatment of Steffy.

Finn wanted a chance to process things, so Liam asked if he was processing the fact that his psycho mother was deceased or that he walked out on his wife.

After Liam admitted he was just with Steffy, Finn said he never wasted an opportunity. Liam pointed out that Steffy was the mother of his child, but Finn pushed him to just stay away.

However, Liam refused since that’d mean both of them would be staying away, which didn’t work for Liam since he was worried about Steffy.

Finn’s warm and fuzzy Sheila feelings were disloyal as well as hurtful to Steffy in Liam’s opinion.

Liam acted like Finn was lucky since any other person in Steffy’s situation would’ve dumped Finn a long time ago!

From where Liam was standing, Finn was basically blaming Steffy for “almost getting murdered” and prioritizing his own grief over her.

Liam insisted Steffy wasn’t alone since she had him and that he’d make her feel safe.

If Finn wasn’t willing to step up, Liam warned that he was the man Steffy would start turning to.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy and Finn’s marriage will come with more hurdles to conquer, so stay tuned for updates on all the complex drama ahead.
