Hope could begin to wonder if Finn can truly believe Steffy’s account of what transpired after her last confrontation with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Put another way, while the kisses that were leaked wouldn’t necessarily be a deal-breaker for Finn, sharing them would be a smart way to begin eroding the mutual trust that Finn and Steffy share. As part of her first vengeance quest, Hope might find out more about those lip locks and tell Finn.
There may be additional problems building if Hope continues to pull Finn toward her as a confidante and start starting disputes in their relationship. Hope may eventually attempt to get Finn to have an affair with her.
