The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the show has an interesting opportunity to deepen the latest storyline surrounding Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and her lookalike, “Sugar” aka Janet Webber (Kimberlin Brown).

Based on Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) online digging, he knows Sugar got out of prison early for good behavior.

However, we have to consider if maybe someone was working behind the scenes in Sugar’s favor.

What if somebody arranged for Sugar to get out of prison so that she could do her worst to Sheila?

If that’s the case, perhaps we should consider Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) as the top suspect for setting a terrible plan in motion.

After all, B&B fans know it’s Bill’s fault that Sheila isn’t sitting behind bars right now.

If Bill had just let John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) testify as planned, Sheila would’ve faced justice.

Alas, Bill tried to take Sheila down on worse charges through that botched FBI operation, which ultimately led to Sheila getting off the hook.

What if Bill decided to rectify that with a vengeful scheme that was a little outside the box?

Bill has definitely been known to throw bribes around, so he might’ve put money in the right hands to ensure Sugar’s release.

Maybe Bill bet on Sugar being angry enough to wipe Sheila off the map for good.

Of course, Sugar is just as dangerous as Sheila is, so the plan could’ve gone horribly wrong.

Bill never would’ve wanted Sugar to barge in Steffy’s home and plot against her like that.

Nevertheless, this could be a situation where Sugar went rogue and decided Sheila’s demise wasn’t good enough.

Sugar seemingly wanted to frame Sheila for eliminating Steffy and force her to rot in a jail cell, but Steffy took Sugar down first.

In other words, Bill may not have anticipated that Sugar would take Sheila’s place and launch all that cliff house chaos.

There’s no denying that having Bill be the mastermind of Sugar’s prison release would be quite the twist. Our predictions point to some shockers and shakeups as this storyline continues, so stay tuned.
