The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, May 8, reveal that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will await Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) answer now that he’s dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him.

It’s easy to see why Deacon is revisiting his proposal since he’s so overjoyed to have Sheila back in his life.

Deacon doesn’t care about all the complainers anymore, so he’s hoping Sheila will accept his marriage offer and kick off an exciting new chapter with him.

Sheila will indeed say yes on Wednesday’s B&B episode, so she’ll make Deacon the happiest man alive as they kiss and agree to move forward with wedding plans.

Meanwhile, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will continue opening up to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about his belief in Sheila and his desire for a real relationship with her.

Finn knows it’ll take some time to convince Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that Sheila has changed, but he’s holding out hope that she’ll come around sooner or later.

Of course, Finn has to break the news that Sheila is alive first, so Hope may offer some support as he mulls over how to give Steffy updates on that shocker.

Hope might make a prediction about Steffy flipping out even more than she did, but she’ll probably wish Finn luck when it comes to explaining everything.

Since Finn has been ignoring Steffy’s calls and texts, he’ll realize he needs to meet up with his wife and fill her in ASAP.

Finn will know this is the kind of curveball that must be delivered in person, so he’ll make plans to come clean to Steffy at the cliff house soon enough.

Naturally, B&B will drag this out for the sake of suspense as Finn gears up for what he really needs to spill.

Steffy will ask questions about where Finn has been and grumble once again about Deacon spouting off nonsense.

By the time Wednesday’s cliffhanger arrives, Finn may admit Sheila is alive or at least set the stage for that confession by insisting there’s something Steffy should know about his birth mother.
