The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) world could get turned upside down in a whole new way. Although Luna recently panicked over a pregnancy false alarm, her symptoms may be the result of something far worse.

Could Luna have a life-threatening illness and not know it yet?

Perhaps Luna has actually been feeling tired and sick because she’s got some terrible medical condition that’ll ultimately be revealed.

As luck would have it, there’s more than one doctor in Luna’s family who could weigh in on this.

John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) cares about his cousin and could potentially grow concerned about something being seriously wrong with Luna.

Although Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) obviously has issues with both Luna and Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), she might have to put all the family drama aside and focus on this potential medical mystery.

It’d be nice to see Li and Finn team up to figure out exactly what’s wrong with Luna.

B&B may use that pregnancy fake-out as a way to launch another illness storyline now that Eric Forrester (John McCook) is doing so well.

Luna may be next in line when it comes to fearing that her days are numbered!

Maybe this could ramp up the pressure for Poppy and eventually force her to reveal who Luna’s biological father is.

Luna needs to know her bio dad’s medical history since that could be important.

It’s also possible Luna’s father could end up being some type of medical donor who saves her life.

Even if this mysterious bio dad can’t come to Luna’s rescue, a story like this could make her realize life is short.

Luna might worry that if she doesn’t meet her father now, she might never have a chance.

Poppy might relent and confess who helped her conceive Luna that fateful night.

B&B writers have made Jack Finnegan (Ted King) seem like the most likely candidate, but they could still change things up and go with someone else instead.
