Thus, there is a possibility that he may opt for a rather unconventional way of tackling Clyde’s drug infestation in Salem. Could the good cop call upon Clyde’s son – Ben to talk some sense in his father?
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Ben Implores Clyde To Change His Ways
It has truly been ions since we saw Ben Weston on the Peacock soap. As per Days of Our Lives spoilers, he rode into the sunset with Ciara to live a peaceful life away from Salem. The two have been off the DOOL radar ever since.
However, Ben’s portrayer – Robert Scott Wilson is still very much on canvas as Alex Kiriakis. Thus, if the makers wish to put forth a tense reunion between Clyde and Ben, it is certainly possible. But can a father-son conversation really make much of a difference at this point?
If you think about it, Clyde is wreaking a lot more havoc from behind the bars than he did while he was still a free man, per Days of Our Lives spoilers. It is as if he has really slipped into a vicious and nefarious role with no scope of redemption.
Yet, we can also not deny the fact that despite his venomous ways, he does love his son. So, Rafe might think of it as a last ditch effort and request Ben to come to Salem and try to coerce his father into taking a step back from completely destroying the lives in town.
Days of Our Lives spoilers recall that Ben still has a lot of people in Salem that he cares for. Like, Marlena Evans! And so many related to her are suffering at Clyde’s hands currently. So, that might be a motivating factor for Ben to step in.
