Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, May 2, reveal that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) will be a little uncomfortable as they kick off their first assignment at The Spectator.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is putting Nicole and Eric to work on a story together, but it won’t take them long to move past that initial awkwardness and develop a nice partnership.

Meanwhile, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will have another strategy session, which will leave them feeling good about getting EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) booted out of DiMera Enterprises soon.

Stefan will remind Kristen that she promised to help get Gabi Hernandez DiMera (last played by Camila Banus) out of prison in exchange for his assistance, so she may insist he just has to be patient on that.

Other Days spoilers say Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will sense that something’s bothering Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), so he’ll pry a confession out of her regarding John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and how worried she’s become about him.

Next on Thursday’s DOOL episode, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will carry out another search for the black book Gil Carter (David S. Lee) hid in The Bistro.

Days spoilers say Harris and Ava will break in the restaurant, so that’ll give them another chance to look for this black book and try to get a step closer to Clyde Weston’s (James Read) downfall.

Over with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), he’ll remain heartbroken since he just received a breakup letter from Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte).

Dimitri found someone else to love and build a life with while he was in prison, so now they’re facing a new adventure together.

Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) was hoping Leo would leave town with Dimitri, but that’s obviously not happening.

Since Sloan isn’t willing to pony up any more cash, Leo may let his anger and heartbreak drive his next moves.

Days fans can expect Leo to corner EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and make a shocking confession before the week winds down.

Thursday’s show could bring quite a cliffhanger if that’s when Leo admits Jude Brady is EJ and Nicole’s son.

Of course, Leo’s wrong about Jude’s paternity since Sloan rigged the DNA results and altered the DNA report.
