Apparently, Caryn had a home in Portland where her son, Connor, also used to live. But the LPBW star recently made it to the headlines because of her decision to get rid of her residence.

According to the reports, Caryn’s house sits on 1,459 sqft of land. She put it on the market in January and sold it around in February. However, before making the final deal, Matt’s fiance had to drop the final price by $10,500. Caryn revealed in the description that her residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. She stated that it was a “nicely updated” home located in the Rock Creek neighborhood.

Caryn’s house is  adjacent to the golf course on a “quiet cul-de-sac.” It also has an “updated kitchen” that is accompanied by “solid surface countertops, a “pantry,” and “SS appliances” as well. But that’s not all. Thesun recently revealed that Caryn’s former residence also had an “oversized living room” with a low-maintenance backyard and a deck.

When it comes to the second level, Caryn’s house has “two bedrooms” with “full bathrooms.” Hence, it is evident that the LPBW star’s property was luxurious, and the reason behind this urgent decision to sell it is still unknown.
