Little People, Big World: Jacob Roloff Leaves the Spotlight
Jacob Roloff left the reality television world many years ago. He decided to step away from the cameras to live a more private life. He grew up on TV and decided it wasn’t what he wanted to do anymore. The TLC former cast member hasn’t made many appearances in the more recent seasons. And he continues to keep his life out of the spotlight.
However, since leaving Little People, Big World, he has gotten married and started his own family. He and his wife, Isabel Roloff, have a son. But they don’t share much about their child. They prefer to keep him as private as possible. He wants his son to have a different upbringing than he did—one not in front of the cameras.
After leaving the show, Jacob spent some time away from the family farm. But once he became a husband and a father, he wanted his family to know where he grew up. So they started to go to the farm more often. And now it seems like he is there more than any of his other siblings.
Jacob Works on the Farm
Jacob has been doing a lot of work on the family farm. According to his father, Matt Roloff, he is “running the entire farm.” He also says that his son is doing more on the farm that “far surpasses any of the other kids’ involvement.” His other children don’t visit the farm often. Some of his children don’t visit the farm at all.
The Little People, Big World former cast member has taken on a manager role on the farm. Jacob is involved in almost everything that goes on at the farm. However, despite being a big part of the farm, he still stays away from the cameras when they are filming on the land.
Will Little People, Big World Celeb Inherit Farm?
Matt Roloff has mentioned wanting to keep the farm in the family. However, when he refused Zach Roloff and Jeremy Roloff’s offer to purchase the land, people thought it was sad that the farm wasn’t going to stay in the family. One person feels he should let one of his sons “keep the farm alive.” Another person feels the farmhouse would be “perfect for Zach’s family” since he has three kids who are dwarfs.” Could he be giving it to Jacob Roloff?
Matt Roloff still wants to keep the farm in the family. However, the Little People, Big World cast member feels it isn’t an easy task. He explains that if he gave it to Zach Roloff, it wouldn’t be “fair to the other kids that you don’t see on the TV show.” So, for now, Jacob will continue to manage the farm.
