Little People’s pregnant Audrey Roloff boasts about ‘white birthing pool’ – but fans are shocked over ‘gross’ location
LITTLE People, Big World alum Audrey Roloff has disgusted fans over the location of the birthing pool she set up ahead of the birth of her fourth child.
The former TLC star, 32, is nearing the end of her pregnancy and posted on her Instagram Stories a peek at how she and her husband, Jeremy, 33, are preparing for the delivery.
On Tuesday, Audrey shared a snap of a $300 white birthing pool she plans to use when giving birth.
The circular blow-up tub sat in the living room of the couple’s $1.5 million Oregon farmhouse beside a reclining chair, with a view of their property through the window.
“Audrey gushed over her new purchase in her caption, “Finally tested blowing up the birthpool and it fits in the corner of our room perfect! Also loved this smaller pretty white version because it was pretty but also will fill faster.”
The post circulated on a popular LPBW-dedicated message board where fans shared their thoughts about Audrey’s Amazon find.
‘THIS WILL BE DISGUSTING!’
Initially, critics slammed the ex-reality star’s color selection, noting that much of her and Jeremy’s home is neutral in color.
Meanwhile, the thread picked up with others calling out Audrey for placing the inflatable pool on the carpeted floor.
“With this size birthing tub you’d be better off in your own bathtub. Cleaner, drainage etc. This will be disgusting!!” one person wrote.
Someone else commented, “Ummm that needs to not be on carpet … ewww and from a medical viewpoint not in a corner!”
“On carpet???” a third asked, while another sarcastically replied, “Gotta do the birthing process by that window with the view of the sunset and trestle.”
“I’m sorry is that on CARPET?” another complained, as another suggested, “They couldn’t put this in the huge laundry room with tile floor and multiple drains?”
Another social media user pointed out that the carpet looked new since Audrey and Jeremy’s recent home renovations.
The former LPBW stars announced in November that they were expecting another child to join their three older kids: Ember, six; Bode, three; and Radley, two.
However, as Audrey’s due date approaches, she’s admitted to feeling very uncomfortable with her growing belly.
In March, the ex-TV personality shared an Instagram Story post where she exposed her bare baby bump in the mirror.
In her caption, she updated her followers on her physical health, confessing, “My body is starting to hurt more these days.”
Audrey also said she’s experiencing “a lot of pelvic pressure/pain” that’s kept her from keeping up with her regular routine, and she was disappointed at having to sit on the sidelines.
She again stripped down to her underwear in another mirror selfie she posted last week, admitting that things have been “tough” while in the homestretch of her pregnancy.
Audrey also mentioned that she, Jeremy, and the kids moved back into their house following its pricey remodel, which had “taken a toll” on her body.
MORE LITTLE ROLOFFS
The pregnant star revealed in January 2023 that she wanted to expand her family with a fourth child.
It happened during a Q&A session with her Instagram followers, during which someone asked if she and Jeremy planned to have more babies.
Audrey responded by sharing a photo of their three kids posing in front of their giant Christmas tree, with the word “Yes” and a smiley face with hearts emoji.
Two months earlier, the married couple welcomed their youngest son, Radley, and Audrey opened up about her postpartum struggles.
BACK TO THE SMALL SCREEN?
While many fans are on baby watch, some question whether Jeremy and Audrey will return to LPBW with their new family of six.
Chatter began after the duo took a hiatus from social media, with some thinking it was a sign of their possible return to TV.
“Or they were filming for LPBW. Wouldn’t at all be surprised if TLC made an offer they couldn’t refuse following the zach/tori departure,” one fan theorized in an online thread.
They referenced Jeremy’s twin brother, Zach, and his wife, Tori’s exit from the show following the Season 25 finale, which aired last week.
Jeremy and Audrey bowed out of the long-running series years earlier to focus on their family, but while the show’s future hangs in the balance, many wonder if the pair will revive it.
Currently, Roloff patriarch Matt, 62, his ex-wife Amy, 61, and their respective spouses, Caryn Chandler and Chris Marek, are the only remaining cast of LPBW; however, Matt recently revealed that several family members don’t want to continue filming.
