Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown hits back at fans who made ‘snarky comments’ about son Garrison’s funeral
SISTER Wives’ Janelle Brown clapped back at fans after her son’s emotional funeral.
The TLC star’s son, Garrison, passed away earlier this month at age 25 and Janelle has been grieving him since.
Janelle shared a series of photos on Instagram on Saturday.
The post documented Garrison’s funeral processions.
In the photos, a military procession was held for the young man as he served as the Nevada Army National Guard since 2015.
In one photo, an officer saluted to Janelle as she sat in the front row of the memorial service.
She looked visibly emotional, as did the guests surrounding her.
In the next photo, the officer knelt in front of her and the pair held an American flag, which was previously held during the service.
The emotional moments were further documented in the carousel post.
Military members and Garrison’s family surrounded a photo of him as they all held back tears.
Janelle thanked fans in the caption of her photo.
“It’s been hard to get my brain to work properly again. I am so grateful for the outpouring of love and support I’ve received these last three weeks,” she wrote.

“Garrison was honored by family members and by his National Guard Unit last Sunday at a celebration of life ceremony. He would have loved it,” she continued.
CALLED OUT
Janelle also condemned some fans, who had supposedly left harsh comments about the death of her son.
“I am sharing some of the photos. Many you have already seen a lot of these online, often with snarky comments accompanying them. But this was a beautiful moment for us,” she concluded.
Some fans demanded that Sister Wives be taken off air during the mourning period.
In an online thread, fans seemed to be rallying for the cancellation of the reality show.
“His friend hashtagging, cancel Sisterwives, makes me think that he and Garrison talked about the effects of the show. I’m assuming this. Just by him writing that, I’m wondering if Garrison spoke to him about difficulties he had been on the show,” a fan suggested.

“I agree it should be canceled, and I love the show,” another fan shared.
“This is so raw, and he’s brave to post this. I also agree. Show needs to be canceled,” a third fan added.
“I’d be curious why specifically that friend wants the show canceled. I know there are reasons we all know already, exploitation and such. But I am curious why people close to the family would want the show to end if the Browns want to speak,” a fourth person wrote.

Garrison died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on March 5.
His brother, Gabriel, 22, was reportedly the first to find him at his Tucson, Arizona home.
Janelle revealed the devastating news in an Instagram post, writing: “Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown.
