The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jack’s Secret Power Play Against Ashley – Recruits Family for ASAP Board Removal

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will decide to make a bold move against Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), but he won’t be able to do it alone. At the Abbott house, Jack will call another emergency meeting – though he’ll be sure to leave Ashley out of this one.

Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) was behind the last gathering since she wanted to push for peace. Once Jack summons Traci and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to the Abbott mansion, it’ll become clear the conflict has gotten even worse.

Jack will worry about the new health and beauty company that Ashley is starting with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), so he’ll give Billy and Traci updates on their rising competitor.

Y&R spoilers say the whole situation will leave Jack livid during the week of July 10-14, so he’ll take a page out of Ashley’s playbook by plotting behind her back.

Of course, Traci will note that Jack’s already been doing things that are a bit on the shady side – like promoting Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) without letting his family know or getting their approval on the news.

Even so, Jack will feel like Ashley is the threat here and will want to do something about it. That’ll bring a disagreement with Traci and Billy since they’ll think Jack’s perhaps being a bit too hasty.

Billy and Traci will argue that there’s no guarantee Ashley will leave Jabot. Since Traci and Billy will hope the latest round of hostility might blow over, Jack will think Ashley’s too corrupt to save at this point.

As far as Jack’s concerned, Ashley is under Tucker’s spell and can’t be helped unless big changes are made. One of those big changes will involve Jack’s attempt to have Ashley removed from the Jabot board ASAP.

Although Traci and Billy will fret over the possibility that Jack’s going to make this feud even worse, Jack will think he’s looking out for Jabot’s best interests.

Since Ashley contemplated staging a coup of her own not too long ago, Jack won’t feel guilty about taking similar action against her.
