The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 19, reveal that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will waste no time in moving forward with the next phase of his plans for Jabot. Since Tucker will see the potential for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to be useful, he’ll ambush her and deliver a threat.
Of course, Tucker is no doubt still angry with Phyllis for roping Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) into blackmailing him.
Phyllis was able to gain the upper hand, but Tucker’s the one who always likes to be in the driver’s seat.
That may be part of why Tucker will go after Phyllis, but he’ll probably count on her lingering hatred for Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) to serve as motivation, too.
Between that and Phyllis’ unique skill set, Tucker may think he’s got a job that only she can do.
Regardless, Tucker’s going to corner Phyllis and leave her feeling pressured, so he may turn the blackmail tables once again and try to force her cooperation.
Although Tucker will keep things vague when it comes to his scheme, Phyllis will push for more information.
Tucker will insist info will be delivered on a need-to-know basis, but Phyllis may be smart enough to assume a Jabot takeover plot’s brewing.
As for Tucker, he’ll also have a heated argument with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Jack will rip into Tucker for hurting Ashley Abbott-McCall (Eileen Davidson), but Tucker will stand by his story that he’s the one who’s been hurt the most.
Since Jack won’t buy that, he’ll give Tucker a fierce warning to stay away from Ashley.
Jack may also urge Tucker to think twice before he comes after Jabot since he’ll make his enemy regret it!
Other Y&R spoilers say Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will return to Genoa City following her latest Marchetti trip, so there’ll be a lot to catch up on.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) accepted Devon Hamilton-Winters’ (Bryton James) offer to move in the Chancellor mansion with Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle) while Tessa was gone, but Mariah’s been second-guessing that decision.
Although it’s been great to have Devon and Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) support, Mariah’s worried about adding to Aria’s stress with a new environment – especially since she’s already dealing with hearing problems.
Tessa will probably reassure Mariah that her choice was perfectly fine.
Perhaps Aria will be settling in nicely by then, so Mariah and Tessa might even decide to extend their stay at the Chancellor mansion.
It all depends on whether Y&R still intends to use the tack house set right now, so stay tuned for updates on how that’ll affect Tessa, Mariah and Aria’s living arrangements.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mariah and Tessa will continue to hope for good news when it comes to Aria’s journey to hearing.
Why would anyone want to work with Tucker at this point? He is totally corrupt and a complete backstabber, right?
