The Young and the Restless Update: Tuesday, March 5 – Victor Loses Control, Jordan’s Path to Claire and Nikki’s Bad Choice

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update Tuesday, March 5, reveals that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will feel like nothing can go wrong with him in charge. Y&R fans know Victor likes to think he’s always a few steps ahead, but he’ll actually be a few steps behind Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

Victor will lose control when Nikki goes rogue by keeping secrets, so that could put the whole family in peril!

Nikki is in cahoots with Seth (Brian Gaskill), who’ll grill “Isabelle” aka Jordan (Colleen Zenk) about her intentions and try to lead her straight into her blonde rival’s setup.

However, this isn’t Jordan’s first rodeo when it comes to going up against Nikki, so she may have a few surprises that Seth doesn’t see coming.

Will Jordan knock Seth out or force him into captivity? We’ll have to wait and see, but it might benefit Jordan if she holds Seth captive and uses him as leverage.

Whatever the case, it’s risky to leave Victor out of the loop when a lunatic is on the loose who’s targeting your family!

Nikki is making a bad decision here that seems poised to cost her.

At some point, Jordan will apparently need a costume change.

Y&R spoilers say Jordan will take on another identity, so that might be a disguise that helps her score a path to Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

Of course, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) would probably use her body as a human shield before she’d ever let Jordan harm a hair on Claire’s head.

Since Jordan’s on the verge of targeting Victoria, she may plan to get Claire’s mom out of the way.

There’ll also be some friction at Chancellor-Winters since Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will have to deal with Mamie Johnson’s (Veronica Redd) wrath.

Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) sent Amanda to make some updates to the company name and try to figure out a road to harmony, but Mamie will make it difficult for Amanda and create bad news every step of the way.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Amanda, Mamie and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) all have some tense scenes coming up, so stay tuned.
