The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Ashley Wakes Up Standing Over Tucker’s Body?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) is starting to pick up on the fact that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) isn’t acting like herself. Something is very wrong with Ashley, but Tucker hasn’t put all the puzzle pieces together yet.
The show hasn’t fully explained Ashley’s issues to the audience either, but it does seem like she’s got multiple personalities – including a feisty one who takes care of business.
The real Ashley is often trapped somewhere deep within, but her mind has somehow created this other version of herself that takes over – and she’s got a dangerous agenda!
At first, it seemed like that version of Ashley genuinely wanted Tucker back, but now it seems like she’s simply luring him into a trap.
It could be a fatal setup based on a couple new hints from Ashley’s dialogue.
In Y&R’s March 8 episode, one of Ashley’s inner voices could be heard saying, “I think she suspects.”
The outside personality in control said it wouldn’t be much longer now and insisted that then “she” would be safe.
Later, feisty Ashley was in a great mood as she approached Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) back at the Abbott mansion.
Let’s look at what this version of Ashley had to say in that conversation.
“I mean, honestly, for the first time in a while, I don’t know, I feel like everything is coming together. Like I’ve got this vision for my life, you know?” Ashley said.
When Jack hoped that vision didn’t include Tucker, Ashley said “absolutely” and smirked like maybe things aren’t going to end well for Tucker if her vision comes to fruition.
That could mean this personality wants to keep the real Ashley safe by getting rid of Tucker completely.
In order to make that happen, this other Ashley may be setting him up for a fatal downfall of some sort.
Will Ashley wake up standing over Tucker’s body at some point?
We’re not saying the show will necessarily let Tucker face a grim fate, but sassy Ashley could still injure him and panic when she transforms back into her real self.
It’d be shocking for Ashley to awaken and have no memory of launching an attack on Tucker.
Ashley might call 911 and get Tucker to the hospital without realizing she’s responsible.
Of course, it’s also possible Tucker will figure out what’s going on and stop it before it gets that far, but the point is Ashley seems to be plotting something nefarious with Tucker as her target.
