The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of March 18-22 reveals that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will raise suspicions for yet another Abbott family member.

At Society, Ashley will be overly cheerful and will call Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) “bro” when she sees him.

It’ll leave Billy wondering if everything’s OK, so he’ll chat with Ashley and get the feeling that she’s not acting like herself at all.

Meanwhile, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will apparently have a new nanny candidate, but that’ll bring a fresh dilemma and the opportunity for some conflict between them.

There’s a good chance Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) will insist he wants Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to be his new nanny after getting to know her a bit at Crimson Lights.

In Y&R’s weekly preview video, Summer tells Kyle that she’ll dig for the parts of the story that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) didn’t share and suggests they can go from there.

It sounds like Summer will understandably have some reservations about Claire becoming Harrison’s primary babysitter when she was just released from the psych ward.

Summer may end up asking Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for details, so she could hear about all the lake house horror and refuse to believe Claire is nanny material.

Will Kyle defend Claire and push for the nanny Harrison wants? If so, that could bring some co-parenting drama and set the stage for what may be Kyle’s inevitable romance with Claire.

In captivity, Jordan (Colleen Zenk) will hear someone opening the door, so she’ll be relieved for a moment and assume help has arrived.

It turns out it’ll be Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) who opens the door with Victoria and Claire by her side, so they’ll make the risky move of unlocking what’s become Jordan’s cage.

“Sorry to burst your bubble, Jordan, but this isn’t a rescue party,” Nikki says in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
