The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Monday, April 29, update reveals that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will get into an argument, but they’ll know they have to calm themselves for their video chat with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).

Connor will finally be ready to talk to Adam and Chelsea, but there’ll be a couple snags on the call when Adam says the wrong thing.

After Connor explains what he knows from therapy about dissociations and reassurances, Adam will admit he’s still got a lot to learn.

Chelsea will help Adam navigate the video call, which will also bring the positive news that Connor’s made a friend and that they’ve been playing soccer together.

Once Connor hangs up and heads to class, Adam will keep pushing until Chelsea finally unloads all the terror she’s feeling.

Adam will confide his own fears as well, so there’ll be some nice moments of honesty and a warm embrace between friends.

Other Y&R spoilers say Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will get some shocking updates when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) visits Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) at the Abbott house.

Nikki will confess that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) was able to go after Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) because she chose to save her.

After Nikki describes how things played out when Jordan ingested the toxin, she’ll admit Claire thought they should just let Jordan pass away.

Summer will be stunned over that part of the story and wonder why Nikki would want to let Jordan live under the circumstances.

Nikki will suggest she couldn’t let Jordan perish right in front of them, especially since it felt like allowing her to take the easy way out.

Although Summer will tell Nikki that only Jordan is responsible, she’ll still seem like she blames Nikki a little as she opens up to Jack.

Summer will vow to always love her grandma, but she’ll always wish Nikki had let Jordan breathe her last breath that day, too.

That way, Harrison’s whole ordeal could’ve been avoided.

At the coffeehouse, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will urge Nikki to go home and get some rest, but Nikki will end up checking in a suite so she can drink vodka in private.

At the ranch, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will stand up for Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) when Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) acts like the phone call could’ve been part Jordan’s trap.

Victoria will think it’s obvious Claire is a victim and that she was reaching out in distress – and Cole will certainly back her up on that.

After Victoria and Cole get Michael’s apology, they’ll head to the motel room where Jordan held Harrison.

Once they dig around, Cole will pull an eerie doll down from the shelf in the closet.

Inside that doll, there’ll be a set of keys that ends up looking familiar to Victoria.

Once Victoria realizes where she’s seen the keys before, she’ll tell Cole that she knows where they should go.

Back at the ranch, Michael will seem suspicious of the story about Jordan plunging off a bridge.

Victor will insist he’s not behind Jordan’s grim fate, so Michael will feel like he’s being sincere when he says that.

Of course, Y&R fans know Jordan is still alive and trapped down in Victor’s cellar, so we’ll bring you more predictions on what’s in store for her.
