The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, May 1, reveal that Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) drunken downward spiral will result in some serious damage to her suite at the GCAC.

That’s where Nikki will go wild and unleash her fury over all the turmoil that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) has caused for her family.

Nikki will release a lot of pent-up emotions by destroying her room, so Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will make a shocking discovery when he tracks her down.

Good news is awaiting Nikki since she’ll eventually learn Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) has been found safe.

However, Nikki’s sobriety issues have reached a whole new level, so it may take more than some positive updates to get her back on track.

Over with “Belle” aka Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) fun-loving alter, she’ll play games and move forward with her plan to make Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) the new man in Ashley’s life.

Of course, that’ll require downplaying Ashley’s mental problems, so “Belle” will try to act like she’s fine despite her family’s growing concerns.

Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) may eventually confront Ashley over her strange behavior and could be in for a shock if Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) finally tells her the reason for Alan’s visit.

Since Abby deserves to hear the full story, let’s hope Traci will bring her up to speed on Ashley’s blackouts and personality changes lately.

Other Y&R spoilers say Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will scheme against Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), so they’ll do whatever they can to thwart any future power plays.

Since Devon can tell Billy is trying to get Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) on his side, he may seek Nate’s help pulling Lily back toward her family instead.

Although Nate previously tried to stay out of all the drama, he may realize it’s time to prove he’s in Devon’s corner and shut Billy down.

Our predictions point to Billy fighting back against whatever Devon and Nate end up plotting, so things could get messy!
