The Young and The Restless star has put his sprawling 1.21 acre Westlake Village estate on the market. The asking price for his  6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom luxurious property, that comes with a tranquil garden and private pool has been set at a staggering $5,250,000!

The star most famously knows has Nick Newman of Y&R is selling his village mansion that is build over 5,800 square feet area. The beauty sits within the guard-gated North Ranch Country Club Estates. It is not too far from the Santa Monica Mountains.

Inside The Young and The Restless star’s adobe are a two-story plan, that boasts of a luxe kitchen that opens into the family room. The house that’s best for a single family unit even has a state of the hour media room! Interestingly, the house has been designed by Joshua Morrow’s wife – Tobe, who is an interior designer and owns her own firm.

Until recently, Joshua and Tobe had been living there with their four children, but since the house is now on the market, any of you could be the next owners! Quite honestly, if we had that kind of money lying around, we’d jump off our seats right into the lap of luxury that property is!
