The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) has often asked to stand on her own. Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) believes she should when he confronts her in the Cottage.
To think that Cameron could render a Newman Enterprises security team member unconscious and take his uniform was a stretch. To be asked to believe that Cameron could use that uniform to gain access to the Newman Ranch pushed the soapy envelope to the edge of the daytime table.
Viewers are now being asked to suspend disbelief to an even greater degree by accepting that Cameron makes his way into the Cottage and responds to Sharon’s demand.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Faith Newman Returns To Mayhem
Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) was doing well at college. Then, she returned with a cat and anticipated a summer of peaceful bliss.
Caster’s character is no longer a child who rides horses and challenges her grandfather, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), to chess matches. No, Faith is a young adult who became the target of Cameron’s sick plot.
The smartphone photo viewers saw of Faith bound and gagged was horrific. The sight nearly caused Sharon to vomit. But it also created a fierce maternal response when she called out for Cameron to face her.
Y&R Spoilers – Nick Newman Out On Bail
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) fell for Cameron’s ruse. He bit and allowed Ashby’s character to provoke him into an adrenaline-laced response at the Genoa City Athletic Club.
Viewers were not allowed to know how Cameron was out of jail and made his way to GC. But devoted fans recognized that one of this soap opera’s memorable villains was written back into the show as part of its milestone fiftieth-anniversary celebration.
Thankfully, Nick got out on bail. But since he is not married to Sharon, as he was when Cameron previously terrorized this formerly married couple in 2003 and 2004, Morrow’s character is not in the Cottage regularly.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Rosales Shuts Cameron Kirsten Down Forever
The tension in what seems to be a mini storyline appears to be building to a near-term climax. It feels like Sharon is being positioned as Cameron’s potential executioner.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) has not effectively deterred Cameron. Nick and others do not appear to be trending toward hero status.
Sharon is Cameron’s renewed target. She wants to shut him down once and forever. Viewers will likely soon see how that is accomplished on Y&R.
