If you were one of the millions of fans who were watching the Monday, February 26, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, you witnessed the huge twist that went down when Steffy put a knife through Sheila’s heart as Finn’s bio-mom lunged to attack her. Sure, we’ve heard it before, “Sheila’s dead,” but unless the woman lying on the ground was someone else with Sheila’s face (that’s happened before in soaps), then it looks as though she’s finally gone for good.

After filming scenes like that, we can only imagine what it takes for daytime stars to unwind and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood gave us a peek as to how she does just that. The CBS soap fave posted a video that featured her workout routine and was simply captioned “goals and gains.” It started with her preparing a drink then hitting the pull-up bar for a few chin-ups. She then rocked the punching bag before slowly immersing herself in what looked to be an ice bath.

And when she’s not working out the kinks of the day, she also enjoys the quiet time of a peaceful bike ride with one of her little ones.

So, when you’re having a rough day at work, which likely won’t include putting an end to the city’s biggest criminal, take a page out of Wood’s book and set aside some time to unwind.
