General Hospital predictions suspect Dominic Zamprogna may exit soon as Dante Falconeri is currently on death’s door on the ABC daytime drama.
Dante Falconeri Clinging to Life on General Hospital
Currently, on GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is fighting for his life. He recently realized that his mob boss father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), was setting a trap for whoever is trying to kill him.
He and Selina Wu (Lydia Look) staged a meeting at one of her warehouses to lure the assassin out. The plan worked, and the sniper took another shot. Furthermore, that’s when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) made his big return.
It was clear that he didn’t want Sonny hurt, so he messed up his partner’s shot. Then, as they were leaving, Dante caught Jason on General Hospital. The other guy hid but then popped back out, shooting Dante twice in the chest. Jason immediately rushed to his side.
If it weren’t for Jason, Dante would have died right there on the pier. But he did a field dressing on him and called the paramedics. Of course, Jason took off right before they arrived because he was shot also. But he knew Dante would be in good hands.
Now, Dante is at General Hospital in critical condition. Soon, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and her team are working desperately to save his life, but she says she doesn’t know if he’s strong enough to pull through.
In addition, recent rumors suggest Dante’s portrayer, Dominic Zamprogna, could be exiting the sudser soon. So, there is a good chance Dante could die.
GH Exit Rumors Circulating
A couple of months ago, a few General Hospital casting leaks were dropped, saying three actors were coming back. Furthermore, they said Dante and his girlfriend, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), would be leaving.
Now, this seemed highly unlikely, especially the leak about Sam. It’s doubtful she will be going anywhere, especially with Jason back in Port Charles now. It also seemed unlikely that Dante would exit General Hospital.
But, now that he’s been shot and his life is on the line, it is a possibility. Also, this wouldn’t be the first time Dom left GH. He took a break for a long while when Dante was undercover in Turkey.
Eventually, he came back, but he was out for quite a while. So, he may be ready to take some time off again. Perhaps, to spend more time with his family. And this could very well be the last we see of Dante for a bit.
General Hospital Predictions: Will Dante Make It?
Soon, on GH, we learn more about Dante’s condition and whether he’ll recover. Indeed, there’s a chance he won’t make it. Or he might slip into a coma. With the recent chatter about his exit, he could be out for some time.
However, a recent video on Jason’s return to General Hospital shows him with Dominic, and he is in his dress uniform. So, there’s an excellent chance he’ll survive. Perhaps he’s in full dress to receive a medal of honor for getting injured in the line of duty.
No doubt it would break fan’s hearts if Dante were to die. So, hopefully, he’ll make a full recovery and stick around. GH is on absolute fire right now. Don’t miss a moment to see if Dante Falconeri will survive or if his time is up on the ABC soap opera.
