Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila’s Pocket Holds Twist on Killing?

Bold and the Beautiful dropped a bombshell with Sheila Carter‘s death this week, but the effect of this deed ripples far and wide on the CBS soap. B&B paid special attention to Sheila’s pocket before, during, and after her death scene.

Just before she lunged at Steffy Forrester, she put her hand in her pocket as if she was about to pull something out. Then Steffy mentioned her reaching into her pocket on B&B when recalling the chain of events that led up to the stabbing. She said she was afraid this woman was about to shoot her.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila Carter’s Terror from the Grave

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) faced one of the strangest reactions from Finn so far on this soap. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) looked more disgusted than anything else once Steffy told him she stabbed and killed his mother.

Finn lost his composure big time when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) called Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) a “monster.” This doctor seemed more upset that Sheila was dead than the fact his wife went through a death-defying event.

Steffy picked up on Finn’s attitude from across the room. Then the look they give each other, suggests that Sheila’s wish is about to come true. This isn’t a union long for this world. Bold and the Beautiful viewers suspect that Finn will find it hard to even look at his wife after she killed Sheila.

So, Sheila Carter could just manage to break these two up after all, despite dying. Unless Finn can find a way to look at his wife again and keep his lunch down at the same time, B&B viewers see this event dividing the once-happy couple.

B&B Spoilers: Steffy Forrester’s Words to Sheila Raise Havoc

So, The Bold and the Beautiful camera zoomed in on Sheila reaching into her pocket just before she was stabbed. Then while giving a blow-by-blow description of this ugly event, the Forrester daughter brought it up.

Steffy said that her intruding mother-in-law reached into her pocket. This left her thinking this lunatic woman was about to shoot her. This is Bold and Beautiful, so there’s no way Steffy walks away from this unscathed.

Not just with the law, but in her marriage, and most likely some emotional problems follow as well. After all, she took the life of a human being, monster or not. But, the words she said to Sheila Carter likely become of great interest to the law concerning this killing.

Steffy said the only way she’d feel safe was if Sheila Carter was dead. She admitted this to Finn after the nine-toed woman told her son and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) about the threat she made. They started calling it a threat on B&B, but it was more like a statement. Her daughter-in-law never said she was going to kill her.

So, something is about to make Steffy in this killing. Is the content of Sheila’s pocket the key to all this?

Bold and the Beautiful: What’s In the Pocket?

After paying so much attention to Sheila’s pocket, it’s likely she carried something with her that won’t bode well for Steffy Forrester.  If she had a gun, the case would probably be cut and dry on Bold and the Beautiful. They would likely stamp it self-defense, then close it.

But Sheila Carter could have been carrying something with her that would complicate things for her killer. Maybe she had a house key, which would throw a damper on Steffy’s version of a home invasion.

But, if she had the key in her pocket, why would she pull it out when lunging for the Forrester daughter? There’s no doubt in the minds of the audience that Sheila was there to kill her daughter-in-law. We all saw her in the bushes looking at the cliff house and mumbling that Steffy would die tonight.

B&B Spoilers: Was Sheila’s Pocket Empty?

Still, it might not look that cut and dry to law enforcement. So, back to the contents of that pocket. The only thing that Sheila could have had in that pocket that might hurt Steffy’s defense is… nothing.

If her pocket was empty and despite Sheila showing up uninvited, she’s still her mother-in-law. So, without a weapon to back up Steffy’s claim of being in fear for her life, she could be charged with killing Sheila Carter.

What’s worse is this daughter-in-law previously said she wanted Sheila Carter dead. This could somehow work its way into a premeditated murder charge on the CBS soap.
