The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 14, reveals that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) gave Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) updates on his special dinner with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) last night, which was magical like their time in Rome.

Thomas just wished Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) would come around and be more supportive, but Ridge offered praise and kept a positive attitude.

After Thomas brought up the ring he gave Hope, he offered a prediction that it would be on her finger soon.

In the Forrester Creations design office, Brooke caught Hope looking flushed, so Hope admitted she’d been thinking about Thomas.

Once Hope filled Brooke in on Thomas’ romantic dinner last night, she pointed out that he was always going out of his way to make her feel special.

Brooke acknowledged that Thomas gave Hope a lot of attention and that Hope loved the way he loved her.

That said, Brooke wondered if Thomas was really the guy Hope wanted to spend the rest of her life with.

Hope made a big speech about Thomas’ passion being healthy this time around and said he’d proven his devotion – even before he gave her that ring.

Thomas gave Hope his whole heart and made her happy, so she asked if Brooke could give them a chance and try to support her relationship with Thomas.

At Il Giardino, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) noted that Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) might be in Los Angeles to give Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) something that he’d never had before.

Bill wondered what that was, so Liam pointed out that Bill had never had someone who met him just as Bill and not as “Dollar Bill” the billionaire business mogul.

Although Bill and Poppy weren’t labeling their relationship or asking too many questions about where things were headed, Bill admitted that he felt like anything was possible.

After Bill said he had no idea what could happen next, he decided to pay Poppy a visit.

At home, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) was giving Poppy the cold shoulder, so Poppy wrapped her arms around her daughter and hoped to get past all the tension.

Poppy was sorry for the whole mint situation and begged for Luna’s forgiveness.

When Luna said she wished she could talk to her father about all this, Poppy pulled away from her and seemed uneasy.

Luna was frustrated over Poppy’s constant evasions and urged her to just tell her the name of her bio dad.

Although Poppy suggested they’d always been enough for each other, Luna said maybe that wasn’t the case anymore.

Poppy got upset and ran out the door soon after.

When Bill stopped by and learned Poppy just left, he could see that Luna was upset and asked if she was OK.

Bill came inside and wondered if the “Forrester kid” hurt her, but Luna insisted RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) would never do that.

Once Bill shifted gears and asked if Luna had an argument with Poppy, he reflected on butting heads with his sons.

Bill said he probably drove them crazy on a daily basis, but that was only because he wanted what was best for them.

After Bill confessed that he had an intense, combustible personality, he said sometimes parents just couldn’t get out of their own way.

Bill asked if that’s what happened with Poppy, so Luna admitted they indeed had an argument and hinted about all the tension lately.

Luna said it was nice hearing Bill talk about his sons and how much he loved them.

Bill insisted Luna’s mom loved her just as much, but Luna felt it was different with Bill since he was a dad.

Luna acknowledged that she’d never had a father in her life – and although her mother had always been there for her, it was like part of her was missing.

Poppy couldn’t understand that, but Luna couldn’t let it go anymore and needed to know who her father was.

By the end of Thursday’s B&B episode, Bill was in tears over Luna’s own weepy confession.
