Days of Our Lives Spoilers: John’s Bayview Lockup – Demands Marlena Commit Him for Deprogramming?
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will continue to dwell on what he believes he did to Catharina (Ellie Patrikios) all those years ago in Aria. John is definitely struggling to forgive himself for taking the life of an innocent young woman.
Since no one actually witnessed the incident, there’s a good chance John is wrong about being responsible. Our Days predictions point to John uncovering the real story down the road and clearing his name in Greece.
Nevertheless, DOOL spoilers say John will deal with more guilt in the meantime. It’s taking a toll on John since he knows he was once capable of horrible things – and now he’s perhaps wondering if he could be capable of horrible things again.
Days fans know Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) keep trying to convince John that he’s not the same man anymore.
John may not be so sure, especially if he finds out Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) has the ability to control him with that red card and reignite “The Pawn.”
Even if John doesn’t confirm that his programming can still be turned on, he might have a hunch that’s the case. It could leave John fearing what he might do and who he might hurt next.
Maybe that’s why John will have a conversation with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) about Bayview during the week of April 8-12. Days spoilers say Harris may be able to relate since he didn’t trust that his own brainwashing was gone permanently.
That’s why Harris pushed Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to commit him to Bayview, so she signed whatever was necessary to get him locked up for treatment.
Could John consider a Bayview stint of his own and push for some new deprogramming – just to make sure “The Pawn” is gone forever?
Of course, Marlena may argue against it, especially since Bayview is really meant for dangerous criminals. However, John might insist that he is one and urge Marlena to sign off on this for his own peace of mind.
