Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) will hope to find a sense of purpose as she tackles a new challenge. Although Nicole’s been struggling due to plenty of family drama, she’ll see an opportunity to get things back on track in her life.
As part of that plan, Nicole will want to return to her investigative reporter roots.
DOOL fans may recall that Nicole has a history as a reporter for Titan TV and has a nose for news, so she’ll turn to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) for help.
During the week of April 22-26, Nicole will make a pitch and hope it leads to scoring a new journalist job at The Spectator.
Days spoilers say Nicole will bring up her relevant experience and how she’s relentlessly pursued stories in the past.
Chad may offer an interview and find himself tempted to hire Nicole, but will EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) try to stand in the way?
Some drama could be brewing if EJ intervenes and pushes Chad to shut all this down.
Days spoilers say EJ may land in a tight spot since he doesn’t want Nicole digging into all the secrets he’s keeping with Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
At the same time, Nicole’s going to be highly suspicious if EJ pumps the brakes.
It could lead to questions that EJ doesn’t want to answer, so he may have no choice but to back off.
Nicole could do some investigating that gets EJ in trouble at some point – or maybe her new journalism gig could lead to problems in another storyline entirely.
What if Nicole picks up on some clues and follows a trail straight to her stolen son? Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) still need to get busted over their Jude Brady scheme, so that’s important to keep in mind.
Plus, Days spoilers say Nicole could end up working at The Spectator with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), who’s always dealt with guilt over his role in keeping Jude away from his biological mother.
It’s possible Leo will blab something he shouldn’t sooner or later and stir up some serious suspicions for Nicole.
