Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) recently came to Chanel DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) rescue in the snowstorm near the cabin. Chanel was trapped in a rocky area with a sprained ankle, so she was panicking until Paulina saved the day.

However, there are concerns since Paulina was supposed to be in isolation due to her radioactive iodine therapy.

Paulina was particularly close to Chanel since she had to help her daughter limp back inside the house.

Days viewers know Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) were also exposed, so there may be consequences for them, too.

It felt rather ominous when Julie hoped that Paulina hadn’t done more harm than good with her heroics!

There must be a point to having a radioactive Paulina become part of this Days storyline.

If there are no complications of any kind, then what was the point of having Paulia expose them all to radiation?

We want to focus on Chanel for a moment since she was the closest to Paulina and is the person perhaps most likely to be affected.

There’s a reason why Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) asked Paulina if she was pregnant before her radioactive iodine therapy.

Paulina got a good laugh out of that, but it was a required question since radiation could certainly affect any unborn babies.

If Chanel already has Johnny’s bun in the oven, her pregnancy could end in heartbreak now that Paulina has exposed her.

Of course, radiation can lead to fertility problems as well, so maybe that’s where DOOL is going with all this.

Paulina will feel horrible if her impulsive decision to rescue Chanel ultimately affects her daughter’s family plans with Johnny.

What if this story builds to Chanel and Johnny struggling to conceive?

Chanel definitely needed help, but Paulina may wish she’d called for backup and kept her distance once she found her.

Paulina adores her current grandchildren and would hate the thought of missing out on more because of her own mistake.

If Paulina has to watch Chanel suffer, she may never forgive herself.
