Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, April 19, reveals that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) babysat Jude Brady, so that led to a discussion about Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen-Brady’s (Jessica Serfaty) financial problems.

John also reflected on his guilt for helping Clyde Weston (James Read) escape and taking out Catharina (Ellie Patrikios) in Aria, but he eventually turned his attention back to caring for Jude.

At the Salem PD on Friday’s Days episode, Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) showed up digging for a scoop, but Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) refused to spill anything to him since he hadn’t signed Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) divorce papers.

Jada overheard Rafe putting Everett in his place and thanked him for defending her honor.

Rafe admitted he’d like to spend more time with Jada, but he was hesitant to ask her to move in again since she might reject him once more.

Jada thought Rafe should take the risk and ask her, so she agreed to move in once he posed the question.

At the pub on Friday’s Days episode, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) played a wizard card game with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher), so Konstantin Meleounis’ (John Kapelos) red card was on the table.

Once Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) arrived, she gave Chad some pointers on the game since she used to play with her brothers.

Stephanie mentioned that Everett taught her to play back in Seattle.

At one point, Stephanie picked up the red card and said it was cool. Thomas got cookies for the three of them and wanted Stephanie to come play games at the Kiriakis mansion tomorrow, so she seemed interested in trying to make that work.

Everett walked in and appeared uneasy since Chad, Stephanie and Thomas looked like a happy family right in front of him.

Although Everett tried to leave, Stephanie and Chad spotted him before he could head back out the door.

Chad decided he’d better go home with Thomas, so he got his son to pack up his card game before they headed out.

That gave Stephanie a chance to speak with Everett alone, so they discussed Marlena’s hypnosis.

Everett flashed back to telling Marlena that he wouldn’t let her hypnotize him again and that some things were better left unknown.

However, Everett acted like things were going well with hypnotherapy and misled Stephanie about his progress.

Marlena and John entered with Jude in his stroller, so Stephanie mentioned Everett’s hypnotherapy to Marlena, too.

Stephanie was pleased that things were going well, so Marlena exchanged a look with a nervous Everett.

As for the divorce papers, Stephanie urged Everett to sign them – both for Jada and for himself. Everett said he wanted to show Stephanie something, so she went back to his suite with him.

That led to Everett admitting that if he wanted to have any kind of a future with Stephanie, he had to wipe the slate clean.

Everett asked Stephanie to witness this and ultimately signed Robert Stein on the divorce papers, but he looked pensive.

Outside the pub on Friday’s DOOL show, John shared some sweet moments with Jude as he settled him down, so embraced happiness instead of dwelling on guilt for a change.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) checked her calendar as she mulled over potential wedding dates, but she assured Konstantin that they had a little more time to figure things out.

Konstantin offered up his mother’s ring, but Maggie broke down in tears and said she couldn’t accept it.

Maggie just wasn’t ready to take off her current ring yet since she was still grieving the loss of Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).

After Konstantin assured Maggie that he understood, he put the ring on a chain for her so that she could wear it around her neck.

Maggie quizzed Konstantin about his former wife on Friday’s Days episode, but Konstantin suggested there wasn’t much to tell since she disappeared after they divorced.

Since Konstantin didn’t seem interested in talking about that, Maggie shifted gears and shared updates on her return to Titan.

Konstantin thought that was wonderful news and assumed Maggie would be working with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), so Maggie made a prediction about getting along well this time.

While Maggie was off getting leftover lemon bars, Konstantin rummaged around looking for his lost red card.

Chad brought Thomas home and learned Konstantin was searching for something that went missing from his bedroom.

After Chad asked if Thomas knew anything about that, Konstantin found out Thomas had been in his room during hide and seek.

Thomas denied taking anything, but Konstantin spoke with him privately and pointed out Chad would be angry if he found out his son lied.

Konstantin suspected that Thomas had his card and vowed not to tell Chad if he handed it over, so Thomas indeed gave it back to him.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Konstantin’s red card will lead to much more turmoil, so stay tuned!
