Although the Days of Our Life actress has been front and center on her Peacock soap. In real life she has been laying very low. So much so, that she has been completely absent from her social media account.

However, recently, on the occasion of her birthday, Tamara Braun made a moving post on Instagram. She shared the real reason that has been keeping her caught up in a runt, and also expressed some really though provoking points.

The Days of Our Lives star shared a picture of herself from her childhood on Instagram. She disclosed in the caption that it’s been a lot of heavy life and death stuff. Tamara admitted that she recently endured the loss of two father figures, and things have been really hard.

“I found this photo at my father’s home. I remember my grandmother taking me to Sears to get this photo,” she recalled. Reflecting on how she looks in the picture, she wrote, “I am reminded what a strong little one she was amidst all that was going on around her at that time.”

The Days of Our Lives star also stated that her brothers and sisters have been equally strong through it all. And that she cherishes the love they all have for each other. Tamara also reflected that on her birthday she realizes that life is “for living, for smiling, for crying, for feeling all the feels and for learning and growing.”
