General Hospital Thursday, May 2 Recap: Willow & Michael’s Bedroom Interruption, Crash Brings Close Call

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, May 2, reveals that Brook Lynn Quartemaine (Amanda Setton) did a screentest that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) filmed on his phone since she was set to become the new Deception spokesmodel.

Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), James West (Gary James Fuller), Georgie Spinelli (temporarily played by Juliet Donenfeld) and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) served as an audience, but Brook Lynn kept bungling the presentation.

Despite Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) tips, Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) guidance and Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) criticism, Brook Lynn clearly wasn’t getting the hang of it.

Lois eventually showed Brook Lynn how to hold the cream just right and use only a dab to demonstrate it.

As Lois gushed over a wonderful product it was, Lucy and Maxie hired her on the spot.

Brook Lynn convinced Lois that all the girls in the old neighborhood would get a real kick out of seeing her on TV, so Lois was on board.

Meanwhile, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) faced some stress at the end of her GH shift and did Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) a favor by picking Aiden Webber (Tristan Riggs) up from the library.

Aiden was invited to stay with the other kids for lunch at the Quartermaine mansion, so he happily accepted and ended up helping Sasha in the kitchen.

However, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) caused a fuss over Sasha’s hiring since she wanted a real cook for the household.

That led to Tracy picking a random recipe in a cookbook and trying to force Sasha to prepare something super fancy for dinner.

Fortunately, Tracy had a change of heart once she tasted what Sasha made for lunch. It led to Tracy sharing a memory of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), who wished he could’ve met him.

Tracy also offered updates on her regrets since she didn’t feel like she’d done much with all the advantages she’d been given in life.

Gregory Tracy her a pep talk about gratitude for family being more important than achievements.

Back with Sasha, she worried to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that this might be her first and last day as the Quartermaine cook.

Cody offered to sleep on a cot and let Sasha stay up in his room if she still needed a place to stay.

Tracy eventually praised Sasha for the lunch dish she made and let her know she could make whatever she wanted for dinner.

There would be no more tests, so Sasha and Tracy came to an understanding.

Cody also talked to Sasha about their kiss and let her know that he wasn’t just trying to get her into his bedroom earlier – though he wasn’t opposed to that happening at some point.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was in charge of the kids since the nanny had a family emergency, but he eventually left Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) in the stables with some of the other little ones.

Once Michael took Amelia Corinthos back to the gatehouse for a nap, he met up with Willow and saw that she’d been looking at the New Tomorrow Institute pamphlet.

Willow needed a nap of her own, so Michael went upstairs with her and listened as she opened up about maybe getting into nursing for the wrong reasons.

It had been more about maintaining Willow’s independence and knowing she could stand on her own two feet.

Now Willow’s priorities were shifting since she didn’t want to keep missing precious moments with the kids.

Michael fully supported Willow’s decision to accept the nonprofit spokesperson job, so they hit the sheets to celebrate the news.

Soon after, Willow and Michael were startled over a crash downstairs. Michael listened by the door as Aiden and Georgie helped clean up the mess James and Wiley had made by dropping a plate.

Although Violet, Wiley and James wanted to see if Willow and Michael were upstairs, Cody appeared and sent the kids back to the stables instead.

That left Michael and Willow grateful for the save up in the bedroom.

General Hospital spoilers say Willow’s new job will bring some surprising opportunities, so stick with us for more story predictions.
