General Hospital spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may have just poked a very dangerous bear. After overhearing Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) discuss their plan to investigate the Pikeman Group.

Carly remembered that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had mentioned Jack Brennan’s (Charles Mesure) connection to Pikeman when she arrested Brennan. Now Carly is taking matters into her own hands by going to visit Brennan at Pentonville herself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jack Brennan seems to be infatuated with Carly Spencer

As viewers know, right before Brennan was arrested it appeared that he planned to abduct Carly. She noted that Brennan had zip ties in his possession at the time of his detainment.

Carly was already convinced that something was amiss so she smacked Brennan in the head with a serving tray and that’s when Anna and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) showed up with their guns drawn and took Brennan into custody.

Of course, no one is yet aware that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has taken over Pikeman while Brennan is incarcerated.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer asked a lot of questions

Carly and Brennan were quite flirtatious with each other before he was taken away, so Carly was hoping to use that to get information about Pikeman.

Carly is aware that Cates and Jason are investigating the Organization and that somehow Jason is being forced to work for the FBI although she doesn’t know the details.

So, by investigating Brennan herself, Carly is likely trying to help Jason get out from under the FBI’s clutches. Carly would do anything to help her best friend, especially because he recently gifted her by buying back her half of the Metro Court and returning it to her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jack Brennan might make a grand escape!

It seems quite likely that Brennan will attempt to pull of some sort of escape from Pentonville. If he does manage to get away, he will probably want a hostage to ensure his safety.

And since Carly has been asking a lot of questions, she might be the perfect captive. This could lead to a situation where Cates and Jason are forced to work together to bring Carly home safely.

Brennan seems quite fond of Carly, but there’s little doubt he would eliminate her if she got in his way.
