Now, Will is proving to The Little Couple fans just how grown-up he is. He now has an awesome new role to show off. In a new Instagram post on Sunday afternoon, Jen revealed that Will is a team manager for his school’s football team. She shared several photos of Will hard at work, as well as snaps of their family trying to stay dry in the rain while they watched.

The doting mom of two said, “Needless to say I’m proud of Will for getting out there as a member of the team as a manager- learning & celebrating.”
