Fans Add To The Conversation

After OutDaughtered dad, Adam Busby left his heartfelt reminder, other fans added to the comments.

  • “I’m an ICU nurse. Our bags of blood have a tag on them that we can take off and give to the patient/family. The tag has a barcode and says “thank your donor”. I always take these tags off and give them to the family or lay them on the couch in the room for when the family comes back. Not every nurse does this. And Not every family takes the time to say Thank you… some are going through the worst time of their life.”
  • “We got letters through a third party thanking us when we donated our brothers organs. It’s nice to know someone got use out of them.”
  • “We get notified of which hospital our blood goes to.”
