The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, March 19, reveal that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will have a tough time getting a grip on her emotions. As Chelsea continues her conversation with Dr. Alcott (Catherine Dyer), she’ll admit she blames herself for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) problems.

Chelsea will open up about her depression and how she attempted to end her own life, so she’ll worry that everything took a toll on Connor.

It’ll bring a lot of guilt, but Dr. Alcott will urge Chelsea to have a different perspective.

Dr. Alcott won’t think Chelsea should hold herself responsible for Connor’s OCD and may argue that Chelsea is actually a good role model instead.

Since Chelsea got the help she needed and was open about it, she showed Connor that getting mental health treatment was nothing to be ashamed of. Dr. Alcott may think that’s something Chelsea should be proud of.

Next on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will likely go looking for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and get some shocking news instead.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will force Summer and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to endure a loyalty test, so they may have to trust him when he admits the plan he approved.

Nick and Summer are sure to have concerns about Nikki, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) goal to confront Jordan (Colleen Zenk) in captivity.

Of course, that means Summer will have to get updates on Jordan and the nightmare she put many of the Newmans through.

Despite Victoria’s attempt to preserve Claire’s image, Summer should eventually find out the role Claire played in Jordan’s scheme and the psych ward help she needed to break free from her.

Nick and Summer may think it was a mistake to let Victoria, Claire and Nikki face off with Jordan – even with a security guard there to watch over them.

It turns out it’ll indeed be a mistake since The Young and the Restless spoilers point to this plan ending in disaster.

Will Jordan manage to escape once the door’s open? Time will tell, but it could lead to fatal force being required when it comes to catching Jordan and stopping her for good.
