If you can’t get enough of seeing Christian Jules LeBlanc as Michael on The Young and the Restless, fans will have another outlet to get their fix. The CBS soap fave shared news that he’ll be reprising his role of Big Daddy in Mendacity: Act 2 of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. The performance will take place on Saturday, March 23, at the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival.

During this one of a kind experience, LeBlanc will perform opposite Matt de Rogatis, who will return as Brick, in an edited version of the play from their 2022 New York City production. Not only that, if you attend the show, you’ll get to see the actors afterwards, as they participate in a talkback surrounding bringing the Pulitzer Prize-winning play to the Off Broadway stage. Curator and cofounder of the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival, David Kaplan, will moderate the event with the stars.

A couple of years ago, LeBlanc posted a cute photo surrounding his 2022 role and shared, “When you’re sad your bus is late… but somehow you know that things will be just fine!”

The actor’s fellow daytime peers lined up in the comments under his post to show their support, including Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) and Lauralee Bell (Christine), as well as The Bold and the Beautiful’s Kimberlin Brown (Sheila) and Darin Brooks (ex-Wyatt), and fans in the area were looking forward to seeing the play too!

And if you’d like to see LeBlanc outside of his daytime role and back onstage, be sure to check out his post and get your tickets today.
