The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, March 18, reveals that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will seem like a kid again as she fumbles through a conversation with her “bro” and causes concern for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

However, Ashley will insist Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) is so gross and act like she’s completely done with him.

Once Ashley is alone, she’ll guzzle a ginger ale with a cherry and silence the more aggressive Ashley’s attempt to regain control.

On Monday’s Y&R episode, Ashley will text Tucker to forget everything she said and will inform him that she never wants to see him again!

At the Newman ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will tell Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that she wants to confront Jordan (Colleen Zenk) while she’s vulnerable – not in a prison visiting area or a courtroom.

Victor will try to shut down the idea, but Nikki will be convinced this is the only way to take her power back.

Since Nikki won’t let it go, Victor will text Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to help him handle the situation.

At the coffeehouse, Victoria will give Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) updates on Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) being stolen from her as well as from Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck).

Claire will seem a bit sheepish as Victoria describes how determined Claire was to find them, so Victoria smooth things over nicely and avoid making Claire out to be a monster.

Victoria won’t go into any of the Jordan (Colleen Zenk) details – and Claire’s hospital stay will be kept vague, too.

After Claire jokes around with Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) about the marshmallows in his cocoa, they’ll become fast friends.

Harrison will keep talking about how funny Claire is once he makes it home with Summer and Kyle.

When Harrison asks when he can see Claire again, Summer will hint that Claire seems pretty busy with other things.

Kyle will privately suggest Claire as a babysitter for Harrison and point out that she could at least do it on a temporary basis.

Summer won’t be as sold on the idea since Victoria and Claire were being so cagey earlier, but she’ll plan to seek Nikki out for an opinion.

It’ll seem like there’s a lot more to Victoria’s long-lost daughter story, so Summer will question if Victoria and Claire will ever be willing to spill everything.

Back at the Newman ranch, Victoria and Claire will find Victor arguing with Nikki about her Jordan confrontation plan.

Claire and Victoria will surprise Victor by insisting they want to go with Nikki, so he’ll eventually seem willing to let the three of them visit Jordan with a security guard in tow.

Meanwhile, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a hard time convincing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to attend his appointment with Dr. Alcott (Catherine Dyer).

Connor will ultimately relent, but he’ll have more complaints about the residential treatment and ERP therapy that Dr. Alcott recommends.

Although Connor won’t like the thought of being in a special hospital like that, Dr. Alcott will sell it as a retreat with similar patients who are learning better ways to manage their OCD.

In the end, Adam will tell Connor that they can wait on making a firm decision until after they weigh the pros and cons as a family.

Chelsea will stick around once Connor’s appointment is over and wind up crying to Dr. Alcott since she won’t know if she can handle all this.
