The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) could make a new enemy by falling hard for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Our predictions point to Claire and Kyle’s romance happening eventually, so we should go ahead and think about the fallout of them getting together.

Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) may wind up feeling jealous and disrespected once Kyle allows Claire to spend time around Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell starting April 12), so that could lead to her venting to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

Phyllis could use something – or someone – new to obsess over if she’s truly going to put this Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) mess behind her like she claims.

Claire could become a new target for Phyllis, who’s always going to find more trouble to get into.

Since Y&R fans know who Phyllis is as a person, it’s wise to expect that she’ll indeed find someone else to plot against.

It’s easy to imagine Summer whining to Phyllis about Claire’s mental problems and arguing that this woman has no business being near Harrison.

If Kyle overrules Summer, it could leave her worried about getting phased out as the mother figure in Harrison’s life.

Summer may worry that Harrison is going to latch onto Claire instead – and Kyle will let him as he falls for Claire romantically.

Phyllis considers Harrison to be her grandchild and certainly won’t want Summer losing her motherly spot in the boy’s life.

It’s clear that Phyllis isn’t content if she isn’t scheming to make someone miserable or push them out of the picture somehow.

Claire may be next in line if Phyllis decides to work against her and sabotage her budding romance with Kyle.

That doesn’t necessarily mean Phyllis’ plan will work since her plot to come between Danny and Christine didn’t work either – at least not in the end.

Even so, Phyllis could at least try to target Claire and interfere in her relationship with Kyle as it starts coming together.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis may get updates on Claire taking Summer’s place in Kyle and Harrison’s family unit, so stay tuned for the sabotage news that could result!
