It were exciting times when James Hyde joined the ranks at The Young and The Restless as the wicked Jeremy Stark. He had Diane shaking like a leaf, and spilled some dark terror with his blue eyed hot boy face! He even ran a wild run with Phyllis. But, unfortunately his track ended even before he could hit the one year mark. He really was a fun villain though!

It was quite bittersweet to see him leave. But hey! If you are anything like us, and miss seeing his devilish handsome face on the screen, well worry no more! The Young and The Restless former recently took to his Instagram to announce a new project! Yup, James Hyde is returning to the screen!

“On the set of a new show,” James wrote in the caption, alongside a dapper picture of himself. He truly looks like a million bucks dressed in that dapper silver-gray suit matching perfectly with the silver of his salt and pepper slick hair! Totally drrol-worthy!

Despite the tease, The Young and The Restless alum refrained from spilling much about his new project. But he promised in his caption that he will reveal more about the show once the airdate inches closer. We really hope that the airdate does come closer sooner than later, because of that’s his look for the show, we are watching!

Going by the long list of Daytime and Primetime shows that he has been part of, opens the possibility of the ball rolling in any direction. So it’s really hard to guess if his next project will be a soap or a prime time series. However, prior to Y&R, James Hyde is best known for his role in Passions as Sam Bennett.
