The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that another twist could be brewing in Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) latest storyline. Now that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is convinced that Sheila may still be alive, he’s considered the idea that she might be in hiding.

Of course, we should point out that hiding isn’t usually Sheila’s style – at least not for very long!

It would be weird for Sheila to just bail and let Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) think she won indefinitely.

Sheila has never been willing to abandon John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) before, so why would she suddenly start now?

There must be far more to the story when it comes to the real Sheila’s disappearance.

B&B fans know Sheila was meeting with someone from her past shortly before her fake grim fate.

It looks like that someone was Sugar since Deacon just found their tense text exchange, which indicated Sugar was out for revenge.

There’s a good chance lookalike Sugar’s plan was to pose as Sheila, eliminate Steffy and eventually get the real Sheila arrested.

However, Sugar surely didn’t plan to make the ultimate sacrifice by going up against Steffy and paying with her life.

The scheme that was in motion obviously went wrong on Sugar’s end since she wound up as a corpse!

Now that Sugar is deceased, where is Sheila and why isn’t she coming forward? It seems likely someone is holding Sheila hostage, but who could it be?

It’d be interesting if Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) came along and discovered Sheila lurking after all the fatal drama.

Li might’ve taken matters into her own hands by knocking Sheila out and locking her up somewhere.

Back when Li was nursing Finn back to health, she lied to everyone about him being deceased.

That was a different situation, but it definitely shows what Li’s capable of when she wants to keep people hidden.

When Finn was having nightmares about Sheila, he imagined her calling out to him for help.

That could be a clue that Sheila needs Finn’s assistance now, especially if she’s stuck in captivity.

If Sheila is indeed being held hostage, it’d be a great twist to reveal that Li is her captor.

It could make things extra messy for Finn by involving both his birth mother and his adoptive mom.

It’s easy to imagine Li deciding that creating her own personal prison for Sheila is her best option.

Li might like the thought of watching Sheila suffer and ensuring that she’s never able to derail Finn’s life with Steffy ever again.
