Days of Our Lives Recap: Thursday, March 14 – Maggie Betrays Victor – Eric Confesses Sloan’s Baby Jealousy

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 14, reveals that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) brought Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) breakfast in bed and flirted with him as he continued his recovery.

Harris speculated that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) might’ve played a role in Clyde Weston’s (James Read) escape, but Ava wondered why he would think that and nixed the idea.

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) called Ava to demand a meeting, so she fibbed to Harris about heading to the hospital and left him on his own for a while.

Although Harris wanted to trust Ava, he privately worried since he could tell she was up to something.

Harris also tried to get Stefan on the phone and reached his voicemail, so he made it clear that Stefan wouldn’t like what happened next if he didn’t get back in touch and cooperate.

At the townhouse on Thursday’s Days episode, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) seemed tired and distracted, so he admitted to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) that his nightmares were getting worse.

John didn’t want to talk about it and assured Marlena that he was fine to have breakfast with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) as planned.

At the pub on Thursday’s DOOL show, Eric sat down with John, Marlena and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) to discuss Jude Brady’s christening and all the miracles in Salem lately.

Steve eventually showed up to pull John away for a meeting at Black Patch, so they left together.

Back with Eric, he gave Roman updates on Sloan Petersen-Brady (temporarily played by Natasha Hall) getting plastered at the small dinner party Marlena attended.

Eric acknowledged that Sloan got jealous of the baby sometimes and said maybe he was a bit obsessed with Jude Brady. Roman offered to babysit so that Eric and Sloan could have a night out.

At Black Patch on Thursday’s Days episode, Steve and John put Ava on full blast for botching their plan, but she argued that they double-crossed her first.

Ava just went back to the original plan, so she defended how she handled Clyde since rescuing Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) was her priority.

John insisted they had to make this right since he didn’t like being responsible for a sociopath like Clyde being on the loose.

Ava said they’d all done things in their pasts that they weren’t proud of, so John seemed affected by that comment and dwelled on his own past.

Once Steve and Ava left, they talked things out a bit more in the town square and agreed to disagree regarding how she dealt with Clyde. Ava also wondered what was up with John since he was acting so strange.

The town square was also where Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) caught up with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), so they discussed all the hospital miracles and Eli’s promotion – which would mean a lot more international travel.

Julie wished Eli, Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) and the twins could stay in Salem, but she was proud of Eli and pleased over his happiness.

At the Kiriakis mansion on Thursday’s Days episode, Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) talked to Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) about all the kids in the house lately and admitted he would’ve liked to have been a grandfather.

That led to Konstantin and Maggie bonding over their deceased children.

Konstantin also commented on Maggie’s red hair and wondered if she was Irish, but Maggie didn’t know and suggested maybe a DNA test could help with that.

There was also a moment when Maggie held Konstantin’s hand, so she expressed appreciation for the ways he’d touched her life.

Even so, Maggie couldn’t help but feel guilty for getting closer to another man after Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) demise.

Konstantin felt confident that Victor would want Maggie to continue feeling cherished.

Julie came back to the mansion with Eli and prompted him to spread the good news about his promotion.

Konstantin acted like Eli was impressive, but he seemed a little on edge over interacting with an FBI agent.

After Eli said his goodbyes to Julie, she turned her attention to Maggie for a private conversation. Maggie confessed her guilt over feeling drawn to Konstantin, but Julie reassured her.

Once Steve met up with Marlena outside the pub, he admitted they needed to have a private conversation and seemed concerned about John.

Back at Black Patch, John summoned Konstantin and admitted he felt like he’d been put through a tornado ever since their interaction in the park.

Although John asked what Konstantin did to him, Konstantin insisted it was a matter of what John did to him instead!

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Konstantin is on the verge of telling a painful story, so stick with us for predictions on how things will turn out for John!
