General Hospital Spoilers: What Is Ava’s True Intention Toward Sonny, Love Or Money?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that former mobstress Ava Jerome (Maura West) is bored running her art gallery, how else to explain her sudden desire to become bedfellows with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?
Ava’s family, her brother Julian Jerome (William deVry) and her sister the late Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker), made a splash in the underworld by being ruthless crime bosses. It looks like Ava wants to dabble in blood and blackmail once again.

The Jerome family was once large and in charge in Port Charles, New York. In case you missed it, Julian “killed” Olivia Jerome in 1990. Except that she didn’t die, she showed herself once again in 2017. At that time she orchestrated the car bomb that killed Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) (we think he’s still dead).
GH spoilers: Ava’s Dark Intentions Toward Sonny
Later, Julian Jerome fell from a bridge while fighting Sonny, and pronounced dead (we think he’s still dead). Today Sonny and Ava are living together although under false pretenses. Ava knows that Sonny’s meds are being tinkered with and she is choosing to keep silent.
Sonny has forgiven Olivia for tampering with Morgan’s meds in what is turning out to be an eerie repeat of the past. For now, Sonny is content to let Ava stay in the penthouse so that their daughter Avery (Grace and Ava Scarola) can be raised by two parents.

Ava is able to fool Sonny because those closest to him have betrayed him and he is hurting. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is a stooge for the FBI and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) lied to him.
It seems like Ava is the only person he can trust. Yikes.
GH Spoilers: Will Ava Get Caught?
On the April 29 episode, Ava visited Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in Pentonville. He questioned her about living with Sonny and soon she was singing like a canary. Nikolas asked her straight up if she’s in love with Sonny but she denied it. Tell us what you think GH fans, is Ava lying or is she fully committed to taking over Sonny’s organized crime territory?
