Lilah Roloff gets a medical diagnosis on Little People, Big World. She prepares to spend the night at the hospital for a sleep study. But what did her test results reveal?
Little People, Big World: Zach Roloff Preps Lilah Roloff for Sleep Study
Zach Roloff prepares his daughter, Lilah Roloff, for her sleep study. He explains that it is recommended for people with dwarfism to regularly monitor sleep apnea. However, he and his wife, Tori Roloff, want to do the sleep study because if their daughter has to have eye surgery, they want to make sure she is safe to be put under anesthesia.
The Little People, Big World cast member explains to his daughter that they will spend the night at the hospital. He also tells her that they will be putting a bunch of stickers and wires on her. He wants to prepare her for the sleep study because he knows that she is going to hate it.
Zach thinks it’s going to be “the worst day of her life.” He explains that Lilah doesn’t like to be touched. She also doesn’t like nurses or doctors. She even doesn’t like strange places. So, this sleep study is putting her in a situation where is facing all three of them.
Lilah Shocks Zach and Tori Roloff
Zach is the one who will be taking Lilah to her sleep study. So, he is nervous. He doesn’t think it is going to go well. He explains that when his daughter gets afraid, she has a hard time recovering from it.
However, to Zach and Tori’s surprise, Lilah’s sleep study was off to a good start. The Little People, Big World castmate tells his wife that their daughter “did great” when they were hooking her up to the wires. She was calm and not terrified. They feel she is a “brave girl” and are so proud of her.
Zach is glad that Lilah is doing well during the initial set-up. However, he explains that they still need to make sure she keeps all the wires on throughout the night to get the right data. She can’t pull any of the wires off or else he will have to call in a nurse to put them back on. They also need her to sleep through the night.
Little People, Big World Celeb Needs Surgery?
Zach Roloff and Lilah Roloff return home the following morning. He tells Tori Roloff that their daughter “did so well.” He reveals that she didn’t pull out any of the wires or oxygen mask once. The nurse also never had to come in to fix anything.
The Little People, Big World reality star got the results back from her sleep study. He explains that his daughter has a “moderate form of sleep apnea.” They believe she will most likely have to have her tonsils taken out and then supposedly the sleep apnea will go away.
