Sister Wives: Janelle Called Out “Snarky” Comments – Why Are “Fans” Putting Her Through This?

Sister Wives star Janelle Brown’s offended by snarky comments on Garrison Brown’s memorial service photos. She has every right to be upset.

SUMMARY

  •  Janelle Brown’s facing cruel trolls after her son’s passing, but she remains strong while dealing with her grief.
  •  Sister Wives viewers who troll Janelle lack empathy – they’re targeting her during a painful time.
  •  Trolls attack online due to insecurity – they seek power by emotionally harming others.

Sister Wives celeb Janelle Brown has always told it like it is, and now, she’s discussing the fact that “fans” are trolling photos of the memorial held by Garrison Brown’s National Guard unit. On Instagram, Janelle also let true fans know how much their kind words meant to her. The question is, “Why would people who follow Sister Wives feel compelled to leave:

snarky comments

on pictures that are so meaningful?”

Why do Sister Wives season 18 viewers want to hurt the people who are left behind? Janelle’s a mom who’s just lost her son. She’s deep in grief, and it makes no sense that viewers would want her to suffer right now. She tried to save her son’s life. However, the trolls are active and they may always be. Of course, Janelle’s used to the shade, but this is different.

Trolling after a tragic death is a new low, even if the crass remarks aren’t aimed at Janelle. Sister Wives fans should know better.

Janelle Brown Is A Strong Woman

Janelle Brown’s Down To Earth & A Wonderful Mother

Janelle will always love her son. She’s proud that Garrison was honored by his military unit and she should be. Garrison’s life had so much meaning. He was committed to serving his country. As seen above, members of his National Guard Unit feel the same way. When Garrison had come home from serving for a visit, he greeted his mother with so much love. He was thrilled to be with Janelle, as seen in the clip below. Janelle is a good mother.

Janelle remembers every sweet thing that Garrison ever did. She will keep his memory alive forever. Nonetheless, each and every day, she’s confronted with trolling that probably makes her feel bad. Before Garrison tragically passed away on March 5, 2024 (his funeral for Brown family members was so emotional), Janelle was worried about him,

Janelle tried to save Garrison’s life.

When Janelle saw a concerning text from a group chat that she wasn’t a part of, she raced into action. Janelle contacted her son, but he stopped answering her texts. At that point, she sent Gabriel Brown to check on him. It was too late, but Janelle, with her strong mother’s intuition, did all that she could to stop what happened.

Now, Janelle bravely continues to post about her son, honoring Garrison. She is dealing with pain that most people can’t fathom. Every snarky remark sets her back as she moves through the stages of grief, but she’s an extremely strong person. Janelle was always the Brown wife with common sense.

What motivates trolls to try and wound people online? According to Psychology Today, snarky commenters feel that they can attack others online due to their:

false sense of security

In other words, whether they’re hiding behind anonymity or not, they don’t think there will be any repercussions for doing what they do. Hurting others online, via harsh remarks or even cyberstalking, may make trolls feel powerful. A lot of trolls probably don’t feel so invincible in their daily lives.

When they go online and try to emotionally wound other people, they may be looking for what’s missing in ther lives. What they don’t get from real life, they try to find online – and that is power.

Janelle already has power, so she doesn’t need to sink so low. She’s a big star who’s currently a fan favorite, despite trolls who try to make her grief more painful. Honest, warm and intelligent, Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown is tough enough to handle the haters, but it’s odd that they’d want to leave strange comments on her posts when she’s suffering so much. Real Sister Wives fans would never hurt Kody’s long-suffering ex this way, not at such a difficult and emotional time.
